It's also important to develop skills necessary for sustainable growth, exposure to new ideas, and meaningful collaboration. When I'm not deep in a good book or exploring new places, I'm trying out new recipes or sharing stories with friends. Life is too short to be bored; there are always opportunities to learn something new, embrace stepping outside our comfort zone, practice kindness towards others and ourselves, and create meaningful experiences that bring us one step closer to becoming our best selves.
